Shipping Policy
We deliver to all governorates in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Delivery takes 2-5 business days for orders in Cairo and Giza , 3-7 business days for other governorates.
Opening the package, trying on the garments and partial deliveries are allowed on all shipped packages. 
Refund policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds
Returns are accepted on the same day of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and unused. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

نحن نقوم بالتوصيل إلى كل المحافظات في جمهورية مصر العربية.
 التوصيل يستغرق من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل للطلبات في القاهرة والجيزة، ومن 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل للمحافظات الأخرى
 فتح الشحنات والمعاينة والاستلام الجزئى مسموح

الأضرار والمشكلات
يرجى فحص طلبك عند الاستلام والاتصال بنا على الفور إذا كان المنتج معيبًا أو تالفًا أو إذا تلقيت المنتج الخطأ، حتى نتمكن من حل المشكلة على الفور.
الاسترجاع 
يتم قبول الاسترداد في نفس يوم التسليم. يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم. سنخطرك بمجرد استلامنا وفحص إرجاعك. إذا تمت الموافقة على الإرجاع، فسيتم استرداد المبلغ تلقائيًا باستخدام طريقة الدفع الأصلية الخاصة بك
